I recently went to this fireplace store to inquire about installing a wood-burning stove in my own home. The service and product selection was AMAZING! There were two gentlemen, Tyler and Greg, who were so knowledgeable, and helpful and took great care in explaining all of the products needed and the installation process for a wood-burning stove. I am a huge fan of giving shout-outs to local businesses that make a difference in customer service when I walk in the door. This fireplace and patio store did just that! Whether you are looking for a wood-burning stove, fireplace inserts, gas and bbq grills or outdoor furniture, I highly recommend this company!

The service from this shop was excellent. Not owning a fireplace gas log set prior to this, the sales rep explained everything about the different types and demonstrated them for us. Explained the pros and cons of each type, and we felt very confident with our choice. Malissa was very helpful and kept in touch with us when we made our decision to purchase and promptly got back to us when we had questions. The installer, Daryl, was very well qualified to do the installation, and was patient with us, as the home was new, and a problem with our gas system had to be corrected first. When we got the gas line fixed, he promptly returned and completed the installation. We would totally recommend "The Fireplace and Patio Shop" for your needs.

Needed an inexpensive solution to having to get down on my hands and knees and reach deep into a low cabinet to control gas flow to the gas logs in my fireplace. These nice folks came up with a simple piping, valve, and handle solution that installs within the fireplace. Once installed by a licensed plumber the gas flow can be completely controlled with the easy-to-reach handle – on, flame height, and off. The piping, valve, and handle assembly cost around $50 and it took our plumber, Darryl Barnhill, less than one hour to install and test it. Now we will have lots more fires during the cooler months because lighting, controlling, and extinguishing the fires is easy and effortless.

Had a recent problem with a gas fireplace electric starter. This group of fine people were very customer-focused and spent time with me on the phone and in-store to help troubleshoot the issue. They actually went as far as to test some of the original equipment to make sure it was still in good condition, free of charge. My issue was finally resolved because of their expert help. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and personal commitment. I’d highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service received. I dealt with Tyler for repairing refractory panels in my home fireplace. He navigated me through the process of acquiring the panels with a great sense of customer concern. I ended up spending less because of his diligent efforts in working on a solution for my needs. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exceptional customer service experience. Follow on assistance for a mesh fireplace screen was handled exceptionally as well in addition to a package price at 1/2 that of internet pricing. It is refreshing to experience good people working hard for the customer without attitude. I wish all businesses had employees with such great respect for their customers!!
